Chablis

Chablis is the embodiment of the minerality that springs from our wonderful terroir.

You can enjoy it on its own for its purity or as an accompaniment to seafood and white meats.

  • Plots: Left bank of the river Serein: 20% Chichée - Right bank of the"Serein": 80% Chemilly, Béru, Poilly and Poinchy.

  • Vinification: Alcoholic and malolactic fermentation at moderate temperature, Max 20°C. Aging on fine lees after fermentation for approximately 4 to 6 months in stainless-steel tanks. Bottling 7 to 10 months minimum after harvest.
