Premier Cru


The complex alliance of a grape variety and an exceptional terroir. Each year promises intense emotions with this wine of great purity, brought by the minerality of this Vosgros “climat”, it is as distinguished as it is little-known.

  • Plots: Left bank of the Serein in the town of Chichée.

  • Vinification: Alcoholic and malolactic fermentation at moderate temperature, maximum 20°C. Aging on fine lees after fermentation for between 4 to 8 months, in stainles-steel tanks. Bottling 7 to 10 months minimum after harvest.
