Vaucoupin

The complex alliance of a grape variety and an exceptional terroir. Each year promises intense emotions with this wine of great complexity brought by this Vaucoupin “climat” aged in oak barrels. Serve with plancha-grilled crustaceans and elaborate dishes.

  • Plots: Right bank of the Serein, in the town of Chichée.

  • Vinification: Alcoholic and malolactic fermentation at moderate temperature, maximum 20°C. At the end of the alcoholic fermentation aging takes place in oak half-barrels for 10 months after harvest.
