This "Vieilles Vignes" version of our Chablis comes from our oldest vines which are more than 40 years old. You can enjoy it as an accompaniment to seafood, snails, Chablis Andouillettes or simply as an aperitif.
Plots: Right bank of the river Serein.
Vinification: Alcoholic and malolactic fermentation at moderate temperature, Max 20 °. Aging on fine lees after fermentation for approximately 6 to 10 months, in stainless-steel tanks. Bottling 7 to 10 months minimum after harvest.
